Price conditions & discounts

  • The prices quoted are valid for a stay of one week, per person per day
  • Internet (WiFi): free of charge
  • Rooms for single use on request
  • Dogs allowed on request and for an extra charge
  • In addition to the prices quoted, a local tax of € 3,30 per day/person (from age 14 up) will be charged

 

Reduction for children (in 3rd & 4th bed in the room):

  • 0-2 years: € 5.00 per child & day in a cot/crib
  • 3-10 years = - 50 % reduction
  • 11-16 years = - 10 % reduction

General conditions:

The reservation will be honoured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Our bank details are available on request.
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. An additional day will be charged for late departures.
In the event of early departure, the full price of the stay will be charged.
The deposit paid will only be refunded up to the 21st day before arrival. The deposit cannot be transferred to other dates.
The offers are valid only for stays of at least 7 days.
